The internet is drowning in "quit your job" content — mostly from Americans talking about 401(k)s and Roth IRAs, or from influencers selling courses about how to sell courses. None of it is written for someone sitting in a UK office wondering how to actually make a change without losing their house.
9 to Life is the guide we wish we'd had. UK-specific. Practical. Honest about the hard parts. No "manifest your dream life" nonsense — just clear information about side hustles, career changes, financial planning, and the mindset shifts that make it all possible.
What We Believe
- Your job should serve your life, not the other way round. Work is important. It can be meaningful, challenging, and fulfilling. But it shouldn't be the only thing you have.
